Swan Pinot Noir 2021
$62.00 / 750 ml
The Swan takes flight with aromas of blackberries drizzled with vanilla cream. There's also a dusty, sweet aroma similar to fresh-cut hay. The flavors are a mix of blackberry tea, orange pith and bittersweet dark chocolate. The Swan's texture is still a bit chewy thanks to grippy tannins, but the acidity is nice and tangy.
