Marcalberto Winery was born and undertaken its artisanal path in the early 1990s guided by Piero Cane, already affirmed winemaker within the national sparkling wine world. Marco and Alberto, the sons to whom the company name is dedicated, follow in the footsteps of their father Piero and today they actively and scrupulously manage all stages of the production process.
Sansannée is a word that derives from the French language and reminds us how this sparkling wine doesn’t come from a single vintage but from the mélange of several harvests. Therefore a multi-vintage Metodo Classico Sparkling Wine, conceived through a variable blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay which aims, as an essential prerogative, to demonstrate the qualitative consistency through a wine that symbolically contains all the stylistic characteristics of the work.
