Nearly 80 years ago Oliver Talley started farming vegetables in the Arroyo Grande Valley. In 1982, Don and Rosemary Talley began planting Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes on hillside parcels of the family ranch, and in 1986 established Talley Vineyards. Today, Talley Vineyards is led by their son, Brian Talley, third-generation farmer and second-generation vintner. The Talley family remains dedicated to making exceptional estate-grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir through sustainable farming practices and furthering the culture of wine through one-of-a-kind hospitality experiences that capture the character of the region.
