2023 Rosato Bottle Image

Rosato 2023

$20.00 Reg: $25.00 / 750 ml
This wine brings that old world funk, with aromas of cranberry, mushroom, forest floor, and baking spice. There's a gentle tannic grip and fresh acidity to house all of the fruit, with a lick of peppery spice that adds depth, while crushed cherry skins linger on the close.

Winemaker Notes
We are describing this Rose' as a "skin contact Counoise" because we fermented it on the skins but without the typical extractions from punchdowns or pumpovers that define red wines. In the spirit of Italian Rosato this is a heartier Rose', with beautiful savory notes.
