"Oregon has received significant acclaim in the last few years as people have started to really discover the incredible Burgundian varietals coming out of the Willamette valley and other areas around the state. Slightly cooler than California to the south, we see a more pronounced acidity and a strong sense of place from these delicate, aromatic, and very food friendly wines. Don't sleep on its other grapes too, from riesling to cab franc there are some really incredible wines being produced here."
