Tasting Notes
On the nose, notes of dark cherry, yellow plum, raspberry, tilled earth, fine toast and nutmeg spice. A complex palate with beautifully balanced layers of fresh and dried fruit and spices. It has a seamless flow of fine Suzhou silk that carries to an ever-expanding finish, resplendent with a cornucopia of fruits, spices and textures.
Serving Instructions
- Open & Decant 1 hours prior to serving. Serve at room temperature.

- Medium Bodied Red Wine—This glass helps to emphasize rich fruit-forward character while nurturing the acidity in the wine. The wider bowl shape accentuates aromas.

Vinework Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
Tasting Notes
Aromas of ripe red berry fruits, blackcurrants and plums are complimented by subtle spicy oak characters with hints of bay leaf and sage. On the palate, medium to full-bodied Cabernet with plenty of liveliness, popping with bright raspberry and cassis characters. The pristine fruit and fine tannins combine to produce a very complete wine, distinctly Cabernet with an elegant structure and a wonderful persistence of fruit.

Mount Langi Talus Shiraz 2022
Tasting Notes
Aromas of cherries and fresh plums accompanied by hints of mint and pepper. The palate is medium-to-full bodied, terrifically balanced by a pure acid line. Spicy notes backed by an elegant tannin structure, thyme and rosemary peeking through the concentrated berry flavors.
