The second ever vintage, sourced from our coastal vineyard sites, is a vibrant and energetic wine that strikes a perfect balance between juicy red fruits and savory spices. The core flavor of raspberry sorbet, complemented by hints of orange zest and a touch of sea salt, adds layers of complexity. This is all beautifully balanced by bright acidity, which glides effortlessly across the palate, making it exceptionally refreshing and food-friendly.
