Tasting Notes
Dark purple color. A deep core of roasted figs, plum sauce, along with charcoal, graphite, tilled soil, coffee grounds and violets. The palate shows a solid core of roasted figs and currant paste, grippy tannins, moderate acidity, impressive balance and complexity.

Medium purple color. Deep but tart aromas of blueberry and black cherries, with complex, deep and spicy tones: tar, mocha, sage, sweet red pepper, black pepper and balsamic glaze. The palate is full but smooth and the acidity is quite balanced. Tangy plums and juicy black currant fruit blends well with leather, paprika, black pepper, spicy tobacco and mint.

Tasting Notes
On the nose, blueberry confit, dried fig, juniper forest, and fresh red roses. The palate characteristics are semi-vitreous, mid-violet coloration, gorgeous luxuriant texture to this wine, each sip is to be savored, enjoyed, and spaced apart. Suspend the wine upon the palate for a moment to savor the blackberry coulis, allspice, cardamom notes, Turkish figs, and red floral notes.
