Dijon Blocks Pinot Noir 2021
Intense and dark fruit notes on the nose, ripe berries, pomegranate, and black cherry. The oak profile matches the intensity of the fruit on the nose, coffee, chocolate, and caramel are layered into the wine.
Dundee Hills Pinot Noir 2021
At first glance this wine is an intense dark ruby color. Welcoming the nose are bright fruit notes of strawberry, black cherry, and plum giving way to noses of rose and black tea. On the pallet are ruby red fruits with hints of baking spice and vanilla. The mouthfeel is round and rich, but with the right amount of tannin tension to keep the wine focused and lingering.
Elemental Reserve Pinot Noir 2021
Bright fruit, red cherry, strawberry, and ripe yellow peach. The oak profile is well defined, caramel and coconut flavors add to the fresh fruit character on the nose, while on the palate the barrel aging brings a subtle richness in texture. The tannins are balanced, but firm and the acid profile is fresh and mouth watering.

The Coast Range mountains lie to the west, and the Pacific Ocean's influence arrives each afternoon.
