Yering Station's family of five Yarra Valley vineyards are managed by many patient hands, all of which are devoted to their ongoing sustainability efforts. Tasting Notes
On the nose, notes of dark cherry, yellow plum, raspberry, tilled earth, fine toast and nutmeg spice. A complex palate with beautifully balanced layers of fresh and dried fruit and spices. It has a seamless flow of fine Suzhou silk that carries to an ever-expanding finish, resplendent with a cornucopia of fruits, spices and textures.
