Gorgeously complex on the nose, the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc's minerality, florality and spice can present itself alongside some of the best Pouilly-Fume and Sancerre (but with the fruit intensity of ripe dwarf white nectarines that we love so much about Californian Sauvignon Blanc.) The palate demonstrates an impeccable balance between freshness, acidity, breadth and alcohol through the harmony of the several aging vessels employed.
