"Sustainability is an absolutely huge ethos in winemaking. The idea behind making sure that our crops aren't being produced in a way that damage or harm the surrounding environment is paramount to ensuring we have an industry to pass down to our children and grandchildren. It's also not a 1 or a 0, there are increments and any effort is better than none. Sustainability is all about that, do what you can where you can to make sure you're looking out for the land, your fruit, your families, and ultimately your customers."
