Yering Station's family of five Yarra Valley vineyards are managed by many patient hands, all of which are devoted to their ongoing sustainability efforts. Their commitment to their land is unerring, with their team constantly seeking out ways to implement new and innovative sustainability practices in their vineyards and winery. Since Rathbone acquired Yering Station in 1996, their ambition has always been to simply make great wine. They believe that each great wine should express their individual epitome of time, place and effort — bringing the vineyard to the bottle.

Tasting Notes
Red and dark cherry fruits with lovely mouthwatering cherry stone bitterness build the core of a mouthwatering palate. Around this is a delicate but structured frame of finely knit tannin and fresh acidity. The finish is long and full of fruit, texture and bountiful complexity.

Tasting Notes
On the nose, notes of cranberry and yellow plum fruit with a basket of spice and lavender florals. The palate is luscious with concentrated fruit flavors. Deep and engaging layers of spice from the fruit and fine French oak. This all overlays across a bold and gravelly tannin structure. A frame that will yield suppleness in its longevity.
