Winemaker Notes
The end of 2022 saw severe flooding across the region, so when the sun came out in January, the team rejoiced and so too did our varieties. Picking began almost three weeks later than usual but despite the delay, fruit parcels could be delivered to the winery without any haste due to the perfectly warm days and cool nights. The longer, drawn-out vintage meant that every block and variety had all the time they respectively required.
