Tasting Notes
Tightly wound aromas of pear flesh and peach join a lemongrass tone on the nose of this own-rooted showcase. Ripe apple and melon flavors pop on the sip, where a chalky texture and citrus splashes hold lively till the finish. The soft creaminess of this wine is balanced by its bright acidity.

GSM Red Blend 2022
Tasting Notes
Muddled cherries complimented by aromas of crisp fall leaves and brambly fruits. With subtle hints of cacao, cinnamon bark and purple plum, this is a wine that drinks as good as it smells. Medium bodied coupled with chalky tannins that are present but subdued.

- Open 1hr prior to serving. Serve at Room Temperature.
