Russian River Valley Pinot Noir 2024
Tasting Notes
Crafted from a blend of vineyards across the Sebastopol Hills, Green Valley, and Middle Reach, this wine is a true expression of the Russian River Valley's range of terroirs. The cool, fog-laden slopes of Sebastopol Hills contribute intense aromatics and lifted acidity, giving the wine its vibrant core of pomegranate cranberry and blood orange. Green Valley, the coldest corner of the appellation, adds layers of precision and minerality, with subtle floral notes and a fine-boned tannin structure. From the Middle reach, where slightly warmer days coax riper fruit, come the lush tones of red cherry, raspberry, and cola that round out the blend with generosity and depth. On the palate, these elements weave together seamlessly, creating a Pinot Noir that is both elegant and multidimensional. The wine opens with bright, high-toned aromatics, then moves into a silky mid-palate framed by supple tannins and a gentle undercurrent of earth and spice. The interplay of cooler-climate freshness with the richness from warmer sites delivers a wine of remarkable balance--lively and aromatic, yet with a plush mouthfeel and a long refined finish.

High Tide Cabernet Sauvignon 2023
Tasting Notes
The nose opens with layers of blackcurrant, ripe blackberry, and cassis, underpinned by subtle hints of dark chocolate and espresso. Aromas of cedar, graphite, and a whisper of violet add depth and allure. On the palate, it's full-bodied and impeccably structured, with fine-grained tannins giving way to flavors of juicy plum, black cherry, and a touch of toasted vanilla from well-integrated oak aging. Mid-palate reveals nuances of licorice, tobacco, and a mineral edge that lends sophistication, leading into a long, luxurious finish accented by a delicate balance of acidity and lingering dark fruit.
