When Tamber Bey vintner Barry Waitte purchased an established 60-acre vineyard in the Yountville Appellation of Napa Valley in 1999, he initiated a long-term plan for the property that would meet his objectives of sustainability, land preservation and diversification.

Tasting Notes

This wine is all about freshness and liveliness. Its complex aromas include green apple, ripe Persian melon, mandarin orange, lemon blossom and fresh fennel bulb, while on the palate, the wine is delicate, crisp and ultra-fresh. Its lovely pale straw hue is a testament to its unoaked ("sans chêne") origins, which allow for deep varietal flavor expression and elegance on the palate.
