Tasting Notes
This inaugural Albariño proudly hails from the Russian River Valley, where this varietal is not widely found. This wine happily opens with lifted aromas of lemon blossom and lime zest, and the layers continue to unfold with white peach and a delicate hint of chamomile. On the palate, its silky and weighty texture is balanced by bright freshness and a mouthwatering salinity, reminiscent of oyster shells. Subtle notes of almond and Asian pear add depth to the lingering 􀏐inish.
