AMISTA VINEYARDS
Their 20-acre estate vineyard — they call it Morningsong Vineyards — is on the valley floor in the heart of Dry Creek Valley. When they don't grow their own, they acquire grapes from their neighbors — in Dry Creek Valley and Rockpile. They want to be able to walk the vineyards, taste the fruit and have a personal relationship with the people who grow the grapes.

This wine starts with beautiful aromatics of white flowers, delicate white peach, lemon zest and peach blossom. The palate leads with a bright mouthfeel with lemon curd notes and great minerality from the concrete on the finish. This is such a fun wine and shows the beauty and simplicity of the concrete fermentation.

This wine has aromas of perfectly ripe white peach, white floral notes, some toasted almonds, and a touch of yogurt. The palate is very fruit driven all the way through with stone fruit on the front and all the way on the finish as well. The palate is balanced and nuanced with bright acidity but also a lush and round feeling.

Aromas of kiwi, lemongrass, lemon zest, lemon curd with meringue and jasmine. The palate is bright with tons of green apple, citrus, lemon verbena and some orange rind. The finish is full of minerality but with hints of roundness from the addition of concrete chardonnay.
