Wine Flight
Yering Village Chardonnay 2022
On the nose, notes of fresh peach, melon and lemon curd. On the palate, lovely yellow fruits with a delicate, creamy texture supported by fine French oak spice. Elegant acidity carries the length with crushed cashews on finish.
Yering Station Shiraz Viognier 2020
On the nose, notes of cranberry and yellow plum fruit with a basket of spice and lavender florals. The palate is luscious with concentrated fruit flavors. Deep and engaging layers of spice from the fruit and fine French oak. This all overlays across a bold and gravelly tannin structure. A frame that will yield suppleness in its longevity.
Yering Station Reserve Pinot Noir 2021
On the nose, notes of dark cherry, yellow plum, raspberry, tilled earth, fine toast and nutmeg spice. A complex palate with beautifully balanced layers of fresh and dried fruit and spices. It has a seamless flow of fine Suzhou silk that carries to an ever-expanding finish, resplendent with a cornucopia of fruits, spices and textures.

About the Winery
Yering Station's family of five Yarra Valley vineyards are managed by many patient hands, all of which are devoted to their ongoing sustainability efforts. Their commitment to their land is unerring, with their team constantly seeking out ways to implement new and innovative sustainability practices in their vineyards and winery. Since Rathbone acquired Yering Station in 1996, their ambition has always been to simply make great wine. They believe that each great wine should express their individual epitome of time, place and effort — bringing the vineyard to the bottle.
