Wine Flight
Teroldego 2021
Herbal from day one and mellowing with age, imagine drinking black tea with spearmint in the winter air. It is a meaty wine, in addition to showing bright raspberry and just ripe blackberry, there's a creosote/tar resin thing that I find to be delicious in wines like this, with tobacco, fennel, orange peel, and the skin of stone fruits. It's fresh and bright and weird and beautiful all at once.
Skin Contact Trebbiano 2021
Vivid aromas of crisp pineapple and fresh, green herbs, framed in accents of lemon oil and green apple peel. The flavors are driven by honeydew, lemon grass, nectarine, and those delicious little donut peaches. The finish is super long, fresh, and energetic.
Cease and Desist Red Blend 2021
Graceful and sophisticated, this 2021 Cease & Desist is easy to like and hard to put down. It drinks like a finessed Napa Cab blend at this stage, with graphite, blueberry, cherry skin, and a subtle clove spice, with a velvet, chocolate finish that is the result of aging on the lees
