Pa Pa Frenchy White 2023
Wonderful aromas of lemon oil and tropical coastline prepare you well for this Albariño - bright lemon and salinity are prevalent from start to finish. Aging on the lees helped to promote a slightly creamy texture and to soften the acidity, which is naturally pretty sharp with Albariño. The result is a fresh, juicy, delicious wine with terrific mouthfeel and beautiful aromatics.
Pa Pa Frenchy Red 2022
Soft sandalwood, taut black cherry, and graham cracker crust aromas give way to a spirited palate, elevated by gentle acidity. Big complex aromas of spices, potpourri, and berry pie with rich fruit. There is a focused texture on the entry that migrates to the edges of your mouth, with bright red fruits from the Sangiovese, holiday spice from the Grenache, and herbed ham flavors from the Mourvèdre. In the end the finish is soft and easy, with smooth tannins, great texture and juicy acidity.
