Vineyard Notes : The elevation and exposure keep the vineyard above the typical summer fog line and allows for long afternoon sun. a constant breeze off the bay to the south or down from the Santa Rosa gap in the north. The head-pruned vines were planted in 1989 on AXR Rootstock. The Zinfandel is from the original Martini Clone that dates to the 1880's at nearby Monte Rosso.
