Tasting Notes
Approachable and aromatic, it open with fresh floral and herbal notes, along with aromas of red cherries and wild raspberries. The entry is rich and mouth coating, with completely integrated tannins. On the palate, you get loads of Asian spices, red cherries, and fresh picked plums, which all lead to a long, soft finish.

Levitation 2021

Tasting Notes
The wine has an impenetrable dark violet-purple color that leads to an explosion of primary fruits like freshly picked black cherries, raspberries, and boysenberries. The bright yet concentrated entry shows hints of orange rind and aromas of fresh herbs, roasted meats, and bacon fat. This is a candidate for the cellar and will reward you 12-15 years down the road, but if you can't keep your hands off, you won't be disappointed! As always, Levitation Syrah is best enjoyed with great food, music, and friends.
