SECOND LINE WINES
Agan and Whelan believe in the expression and character of the site and vintage so take a very low intervention approach to winemaking. Some of the cuvées use native yeast fermentations and sur lees aging. All reds are unfiltered and unfined to maintain the maximum expression of terroir. A variety of aging vessels are used from stainless steel, to concrete, to new and used French Oak barrels to bring out the best in the wines.
