$50.00 / 750 ml
Delicate aromas of cedar and plum set the stage for this beautiful wine. On the palate, silky tannins and a graceful balance lead to a long, lingering finish. With its lower alcohol content, this wine is effortlessly food-friendly, complementing a variety of dishes while enhancing flavors.
  • Varietal percentages: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Vineyard(s): Clif Family Valle di Sotto Estate Vineyard
  • Vineyard Notes: This wine is made with organically farmed grapes from our Valle Di Sotto Estate Vineyard located in the heart of the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley. The Oak Knoll District is located at the southern end of the Napa Valley where cooling marine influences create a unique micro-climate that helps the grapes maintain bright fruit flavors and retain acidity. To achieve lower alcohol, we carefully manage irrigation and canopy growth in the vineyard and we pick earlier to naturally reduce sugar levels.
