A Sommsation-exclusive duo from our organically farmed Valle di Sotto Estate Vineyard in Napa Valley's Oak Knoll District. The 2024 Rte Blanc Sauvignon Blanc opens with grapefruit, lemon rind and a hint of tropical fruit, its vibrant acidity carried to a finish of surprising length and structure. The 2022 Gary's Improv Zinfandel answers with ripe plum, blackberry pie, wet stone and freshly baked bread — savory and mineral-driven, with a tannin push through the mid-palate and a touch of sweet cherry pie on the finish. Two wines, one vineyard, bright to brooding.

Rte Blanc Sauvignon Blanc 2024
Tasting Notes
After a few minutes in the glass, the 2022 Rte Blanc Sauvignon Blanc shows off aromas of peach, jasmine, green apple and lychee. The palate is bright and broad with gentle tannins in the middle. The finish is fresh and fruit driven and the mild tannins are long lasting.
