Tasting Notes
Bright and lively notes of stone fruit leap from the glass, lifted up by citrus peel and grapefuit oil and reigned in by a heady woodsy element with a touch of salinity. These carry through to a mouthwatering palate that is sharp, legnthy and has incredible structure. The texture of this stunning and elegant Chardonnay is voluminous and the flavors unfold layer after layer. Aromas of jasmine reveal themselves, while apricot and lychee show up on the palate after the wine has seen a bit of air. A true pleasure to sip on and surely a classic for years to come.
