Wine Flight
Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2022
Lively flavors of grapefruit, white peach, guava, white flower and candied apricot provide the perfect introduction to this racy, playful wine that balances serious quality with serious fun. On the palate, the wine undulates with layers of texture, flavor and zippy acidity. This wine is pure elegance in a bottle – and total deliciousness in your glass.
Burnside Vineyard Pinot Noir 2022
This wine has a classic Russian River Valley profile, expressing bright flavors of tart cherry, candied pomegranate, rhubarb and fresh anise. The nose offers an inviting bouquet of red fruit, dominated by ripe cherry. It gracefully dances on the palate, with bright acidity that highlights its vibrant fruit character. Succulent red berries take center stage, backed by hints of cranberry and pomegranate. The low-yielding vines contribute to a concentrated, almost velvety mouthfeel that beautifully balances the acidity. A lingering finish leaves a lasting impression of this wine's terroir. Subtle earthy tones and a touch of forest floor emerge, adding depth and complexity to the fruit-forward profile.
Deux Chevaux Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
The initial impressions of the Deux Chevaux Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon are numerous, with black raspberry, cassis, pencil lead, crushed rock, and cigar box intermingled with a touch of allspice. The aromatics pair well with the taste of graphite, blackberry, cassis, vanilla bean, crushed rock, and a spice mix of clove, nutmeg and allspice. Finishing texture is focused and muscular, with firm tannins that persist for a lengthy finish.

About the Winery
Being a sustainable winegrower means producing high-quality grapes and wines; protecting the environment; being a responsible neighbor and employer; and maintaining a thriving, long-term business. When Tamber Bey vintner Barry Waitte purchased an established 60-acre vineyard in the Yountville Appellation of Napa Valley in 1999, he initiated a long-term plan for the property that would meet his objectives of sustainability, land preservation and diversification.
