The Magician Riesling - Columbia Valley 2021
Even with just over 10 grams/L of residual sugar, it drinks and finishes much drier. It shows bright, crisp, and juicy notes of green apple and pear, with mouth-watering minerality, and refreshing citrus notes. The subtle sweetness is perfectly balanced by the racy acids, and if ever there were a perfect wine for spicy foods, this is the one!
The Spellbinder Red Blend - Columbia Valley 2019
The 2019 Spellbinder is a gorgeous blend of 39% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Cabernet Franc, 21% Merlot, and 7% Syrah. It is dramatically aromatic, with classic Cabernet characteristics like fresh herb and earth notes framed by graphite overtones. Medium bodied, the Spellbinder shows both red and dark fruit characteristics, including Bing cherry, blackberry, and cassis, that finishes with soft tannins and bright acidity. This wine is the perfect everyday wine that drinks well alone or as an accompaniment to a broad spectrum of foods, from meaty fish to pork and chicken
The Psychedelic Syrah - The Rocks of Milton Freewater District 2019
The 2019 vintage comes from the estate Stoney Vine Vineyard and was 50% destemmed and sees slightly more new oak than the other wines here, aging in 23% new barrels. There's certainly no oak to be detected, and it has killer notes of blackberries, peppered game, tobacco, black olives, and candied violets. Rich, full bodied, and opulent, it has a more rounded, opulent texture, sound underlying structure, and a great finish.

Located in Walla Walla, WA Sleight of Hand Cellars, located in the majestic Walla Walla Valley, was founded in 2007 by Trey Busch and Jerry and Sandy Solomon. Their only goal from the outset has been to make world-class wines while having the most fun that is legally possible.
