Wine Flight
Chaleur Blanc 2022
Classic Sauvignon Blanc notes of gooseberry lead on the nose, followed by whiffs of green apple, apricot and white flowers. The palate has flavors of lemon brioche and peach-infused mascarpone, buttressed with flinty, mineral qualities. The finish is round and defined by its length and enticing freshness.
D2 Bordeaux Blend 2021
Initial aromas of blackberry, cassis and green peppercorn lead to a palate bursting with beautiful richness and texture. Red currant, Bing Cherry and toasty oak flavors develop with time, leading to a lengthy finish with impressive weight.
Signature Syrah 2021
Dark plum, violets and dried meats are the dominant aromas that lead way to a touch of orange pith and blueberry compote. The velvety texture lays on the palate effortlessly, with a juicy quality that shows the concentration of the vintage. This wine brings ‘all the feels' invoking a great deal of satisfaction. Seamless balance, purity of fruit, and a luxurious mouthfeel makes this wine hard to put down.

About the Winery
DeLille Cellars is a boutique artisan winery located in Woodinville, Washington. Founded in 1992 on the concept of crafting world-class wines in Washington State, the winery pioneered Bordeaux-style blends (both red and white), inspiring Robert Parker in a visit to the original Chateau in Woodinville, to proclaim DeLille Cellars "The Lafite Rothschild of Washington State." The winery was one of the first five wineries in Washington to receive Parker's 5-star excellence rating. DeLille Cellars is considered a principal influence in establishing Washington as a premier viticultural region with a focus on the Red Mountain AVA and other prestigious vineyard sites throughout the Columbia Valley. Today, the winery has a portfolio of over a dozen Bordeaux and Rhône style blends true to the terroir of Washington State and carries on a strong tradition of quality and excellence over its 30-year history.
