Sonoma Coast Chardonnay 2020
A complex medley of orchard fruit featuring pippin apple, bosc pear, and nectarine jump out of the glass mixed with flinty mineral notes reminiscent of spring rain on mountain rocks. The powerful midpalate balances acidity with creamy flavors evoking ginger crème brulee and Tahitian vanilla.
Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2019
This beautiful, deep purple Pinot Noir was crafted from the Silver Eagle Vineyard in the hills of Green Valley and the Pfendler vineyards in the Petaluma Gap region of the Sonoma Coast. Aged in 100% new French oak, this blockbuster Pinot is packed with aromas of mountain berry, clove, and Ibarra cocoa. Medium-bodied with an exotic palate of asian spices and chocolate. Plush tannins and a finish to match.
Napa Valley Red Wine 2018
This Bordeaux blend from three incredible Napa Valley vineyards bounds from the glass with notes of fresh mountain blueberries and toasted nutmeg. Jasmine flower and toffee draw you deeper into the glass. Plush and voluptuous, this decadent effort combines the brute force of our Tench Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon with the curvaceous nature of our Sugarloaf Vineyard Merlot and the intensity of the Erba Vineyard Petit Verdot.
