“Terratorium” is the origin word for the French term terroir - or the phrase for how the vineyard environment impacts the flavors of the grapes. This name represents their goal of exploring new and unique terroir. The team at Terratorium believe great wine is made in the vineyard and that there are many exceptional vineyards for Terratorium to explore. They are devoted to crafting wines that are unique, thoughtful, and committed to sustainable viticulture. The team wants to make sure that delicious, structured, and well balanced wines can be found even at approachable price points.

2021 Santa Lucia Highlands Riesling - This 2021 Riesling is electric with a balanced touch of fruit. This bright wine is primarily characterized by zippy lemon and balanced out by flavors of honeyed beeswax. As the wine evolves in the glass, it showcases complex flavors of lime and rosemary.

2021 Alexander Valley Cabernet Franc - Aromas and flavors of black cherry and blackberries are at the forefront of this wine. Herbaceous flavors of sweet tobacco and roasted pepper add complexity to the palate. The generous tannins provide weight and structure to the wine with medium acidity.
