The Wines You’ll Experience
2021 Santa Barbara County Chardonnay - The grapes for this wine are sourced from four different Santa Barbara vineyards, two in Santa Maria Valley and two in Sta. Rita Hills. The wine went through primary and malolactic fermentation in barrel, and enjoyed extended less contact before bottling. It is aromatic, with aromas and flavors of white peach, pear, and lemon curd. Bright acidity and minerality add complexity and balance.
2022 Peake Ranch Grenache - Peake Ranch Vineyard is a 50 acre vineyard nestled along the eastern edge of Sta. Rita Hills AVA. It is home to several varieties, include Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah and Grenache. Stringer's Grenache is captivating, with flavors of fresh strawberry and raspberry that are complemented by more subtle notes of lavender and earth. Fine tannins help provide structure and the wine's mouthwatering acidity ensures long-lasting enjoyment.
