Sommsation hosts public and private Virtual Wine Tastings. Our Virtual Tastings, including the ever-popular Saturday Sessions and Sunday School Tastings, are open to the public from the convenience of almost any location (pending shipping availability). If you are interested in experiencing a private, customized tasting, Sommsation will plan the event from concept creation through execution. For each type of Virtual Wine Tasting, the wines will be delivered to the addresses you provide in advance. On the date of your experience, you and/or your guests will join us live via the virtual meeting link sent to your email by our Concierge Team.  A Sommsation Sommelier guides the tasting, similar to that in a tasting room, and will share their expertise as they lead the interactive tasting experience. Please note that wine availability can vary by state, so be sure to specify the applicable states when booking your tasting.

At Sommsation, we bring the tasting room directly to your preferred location through our in-person wine tastings and experiences. We offer a vast collection of tasting experiences featuring wines from our portfolio of independent winery partners, delivered by our world-class sommeliers. All in-person tastings include a personalized, sommelier-led wine tasting with a flight of distinct wines, guaranteeing a one-of-a-kind experience every time. Sommsation’s Concierge team manages the experience end-to-end for our standard tastings. Please note that the availability of wine shipments can vary by state, so be sure to note the applicable states when booking your tasting.

Yes. We request a minimum 14-day advance purchase from your event date to allow for securing your Sommelier and ensuring that the wines you choose have enough time to ship directly from the winery and arrive to you with plenty of time to get organized for your experience. Wine shipments will be delivered directly to the address provided for each guest during the booking process. Please note any specific delivery details to ensure all participants receive their wine on time. All wine shipments require a signature from an adult 21 or older at the time of delivery.
