RMS Brut Rosé 2019
Catch the color of elegant pink rose quartz in the glass as the aromatics erupt with strawberry blossoms, rose petal, a touch of guava, cherry, strawberry, and watermelon. The palate shines with immediate rich, juicy mouthfeel, and titillates with a multitude of tiny bubbles.
RMS Red Brut 2020
This dark, ruby-colored sparkling wine delivers a lively, pink bubbly froth. The fruit, spices, and yeasty aromas include cranberry, crabapple, black raspberry, and a hint of grape soda. On the palate, look for immediate dried currant, and Brooks plums with a persistent pomegranate core. The velvety tannin grip is spiced with pecans, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Ancient Waters Pinot Noir 2019
The aromatics are a complex, bright mix of ripe black raspberry fruit, pink peppercorn, and vanilla spices. The flavor is fathomless, layered with a mix of red plum and classic black cherry/cassis fruit. Here you will taste lovely, firm tannins all the way through to its very long cardamom and vanilla pod spice finish. It's wonderful to blend a wine from the best portions of several vineyards planted in ancient marine soils.
