Pepper Bridge Winery Wine Tasting Happy Vines Make Happy Wines
Everything looks better, tastes better and often is better when you put attention into the details and don't cut corners. The same is true for winemaking. Pepper Bridge Winery has been seeing things through from the very beginning, all starting with their attention in the vineyards. Through sustainable agriculture and environmental stewardship, they have created wines that have laid the foundation and set the standards for many of their industry peers.
Wine Flight
Sauvignon Blanc 2021
This vintage is intensely bright with scents of tropical fruits, guava, peach, and pear. It is layered and complex with notes of white flower, and the minerality of wet stone. The mouthwatering scents lead to complementary flavors of starfruit, peach, grapefruit, and mango. This wine's serious side is revealed through the balance of rich full texture, bright acidity, and abundant fruit.
Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
Trademark notes of blackberry and brambles welcome us back in this vintage. Raw vanilla, carob, and anise bring a richness to the nose. The palate is abundant with dark black fruit and spice. Thyme and sage make an appearance and lead to a muscular finish.
Trine 2019
The 2019 Trine is charming and versatile with scents of red fruit, strawberry, raspberry, fresh herbs, and crushed stone. The palate is fresh and silky with dark red fruits, baker's chocolate, floral notes, fresh winter mint and savory minerality. The finish is persistent and focused with a balanced tannin structure that will age gracefully.
