Reserve Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2018
Brilliant, straw-green color. Fragrant pomelo, lemon grass, mandarin orange, and mineral nose. Rich, crisp white grapefruit, tropical fruit, mandarin-tangerine flavors broaden and lengthen into a lemongrass and distinctly minerally finish.
Reserve Estate Merlot 2018
This is a wonderful wine showing what the mountain vineyards of Carmel Valley can produce. This wine is ruby in color, with a delicately layered nose of earthy mushroom, sandalwood and butter toffee pecans. Vanilla-spiked dark chocolate and dusty, black cherry build on the palate before the muscular structure sets in. Spicy, black pepper runs through the finish. This a Cab-drinkers Merlot!
Reserve Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
Gorgeous inky, dark garnet with a cherry rim. Effusive black cherry, currant, tamarind, anise, and cedar nose. This wine has a concentrated blackberry entry with fruity cherry, boysenberry and a black plum center that leads to a long cocoa, cedar, and black peppercorn finish. Supple tannins and solid acidity tempt near term drinking, but it can age 20 years!

Located in Carmel Valley, CA Joullian Vineyards was created by the Joullian and Sias families of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Early in 1982, Joullian Vineyards, Ltd. purchased 655 acres of hillside benchland at an elevation of 1400 feet, in the heart of the remote Carmel Valley with the goal of producing estate-crafted wines with the complexity, finesse and ageability characteristic of the finest wines of the world. In 2015, Joullian Vineyards, Ltd. was acquired by the Hammler Wine Corporation. Owned by husband-and-wife team Tom and Jane Lerum, Hammler Wine Corporation is committed to carrying on the legacy of the Joullian brand and will continue to focus on crafting exceptional wines.
