Wine Flight
D2 Bordeaux Blend 2021
Initial aromas of blackberry, cassis and green peppercorn lead to a palate bursting with beautiful richness and texture. Red currant, Bing Cherry and toasty oak flavors develop with time, leading to a lengthy finish with impressive weight.
Minuit Malbec Blend 2020
Offering aromas of blueberry compote, green peppercorn, fennel seed, and wild blackberry. The Malbec adds juicy, brambly fruits and a fleshy texture that begs for the well- structured Red Mountain Cabernet, which in turn adds a touch of sanguine and tobacco leaf. The palate shows great concentration and weight, with the vibrant dark fruits elevating the wine and bringing energy to the finish.
Four Flags Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
The wine slowly unwinds with aromas of black cherry, cassis, sandalwood and olive tapenade. The palate offers hints of fresh ground coffee, cacao nibs, and red currant, which are all supported by silky, yet generous tannins. Great concentration and balance of fruit and savory components.

About the Winery
DeLille Cellars is a boutique artisan winery located in Woodinville, Washington. Founded in 1992 on the concept of crafting world-class wines in Washington State, the winery pioneered Bordeaux-style blends (both red and white), inspiring Robert Parker in a visit to the original Chateau in Woodinville, to proclaim DeLille Cellars "The Lafite Rothschild of Washington State." The winery was one of the first five wineries in Washington to receive Parker's 5-star excellence rating. DeLille Cellars is considered a principal influence in establishing Washington as a premier viticultural region with a focus on the Red Mountain AVA and other prestigious vineyard sites throughout the Columbia Valley. Today, the winery has a portfolio of over a dozen Bordeaux and Rhône style blends true to the terroir of Washington State and carries on a strong tradition of quality and excellence over its 30-year history.
