Wine Flight
Chaleur Blanc 2022
Classic Sauvignon Blanc notes of gooseberry lead on the nose, followed by whiffs of green apple, apricot and white flowers. The palate has flavors of lemon brioche and peach-infused mascarpone, buttressed with flinty, mineral qualities. The finish is round and defined by its length and enticing freshness.
Doyenne 2021
Aromas of blackberry, cassis, graphite and green peppercorn. The meaty, dark- fleshed Syrah is framed beautifully by the firm structured Cab, while the Grenache adds a floral lift and bright red fruit undertones. The palate is dense and nicely weighted, yet still has good energy that leads to a lengthy finish.
Le Dessein 2021
Packed full of vibrant fruit aromas like wild strawberry, black plum and fresh raspberry. The palate begins softly and effortlessly transitions to a plush mid-palate backed by energetic acid, and finishes with broad tannins. Syrah contributes a gamey quality and sweet smoke, while the Mourvèdre brings big brambly flavors. The Grenache brightens the blend and is responsible for candied red fruit flavors.

About the Winery
DeLille Cellars is a boutique artisan winery located in Woodinville, Washington. Founded in 1992 on the concept of crafting world-class wines in Washington State, the winery pioneered Bordeaux-style blends (both red and white), inspiring Robert Parker in a visit to the original Chateau in Woodinville, to proclaim DeLille Cellars "The Lafite Rothschild of Washington State." The winery was one of the first five wineries in Washington to receive Parker's 5-star excellence rating. DeLille Cellars is considered a principal influence in establishing Washington as a premier viticultural region with a focus on the Red Mountain AVA and other prestigious vineyard sites throughout the Columbia Valley. Today, the winery has a portfolio of over a dozen Bordeaux and Rhône style blends true to the terroir of Washington State and carries on a strong tradition of quality and excellence over its 30-year history.
