The Wines You’ll Experience
2021 Vin Clair - 2021 Vin Clair is a unique blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay. Both grapes come from the Home Block Vineyard, a organically farmed vineyard in Sonoma Coast AVA. Both varieties are picked and pressed on the same day, and then cofermented in neutral barrels. The result is a delicious, crisp white that is a great match for smoked or grilled fish, oysters or fresh cheeses. The intensely aromatic nose blends seamlessly with the notes of grapefruit, lemon, and apricot on the palate.
2020 West Block Syrah - An exhilarating sensory journey, the West Block Syrah is bursting with blackberry, blueberry, and intense violet notes that unfold into more savory flavors of smoked brisket, dried herbs, and pink peppercorn. The West Block Vineyard is located in the Petaluma Gap, and its close proximity to the San Pablo Bay ensures a cooler, maritime climate, creating a flavor profile in the wine that is truly reminiscent of the great Syrah's from Northern Rhone.
