Wiley Vineyard Rosé of Pinot Noir 2025

$40.00 / 750 ml
The 2025 Wiley Vineyard Rosé of Pinot Noir opens with a delicate bouquet of wild strawberry, rose petal, and citrus blossom, lifted by the region's cool, ocean-influenced climate. Slow ripening under coastal fog preserves freshness and aromatic clarity, which carry through on the palate in notes of raspberry, white peach, and blood orange. Vibrant acidity and a subtle mineral thread reflect the valley's crisp conditions, while a whisper of coastal herbs adds nuance. The finish is clean and refreshing, capturing the poised, cool-climate elegance of Anderson Valley.

  • Vineyard Notes : Wiley Vineyard in Anderson Valley is a historic, cool-climate vineyard site known for producing distinctive Pinot Noir and Riesling. Wiley Vineyard is one of the earliest modern plantings in Anderson Valley, established in the early 1970s by owner Brad Wiley. It helped put the region on the map for high-quality, cool-climate wines, especially Pinot Noir. Originally a sheep pasture and orchard, the property was gradually converted into vineyard without extensive land clearing, preserving much of its natural landscape. Wiley is defined by its cold, maritime climate, with a narrow temperature range due to ocean influence, frequent fog and a long growing season. There is a significant diurnal swing that preserves acidity. This environment leads to slow ripening, allowing grapes to develop flavor at relatively low sugar levels—ideal for balanced, expressive wines. Wiley Vineyard has become a core site for our Anderson Valley Pinot Noir, and 2025 was our first still rosé from this vineyard.
BRICK & MORTAR
Founded in 2011, brick & mortar focuses on single-vineyard Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah, from select high-elevation vineyards. Like the great European wineries, they believe that the best wines express a unique time and place. So they let each of their distinct Napa Valley, Sonoma Coast, and Mendocino Ridge vineyards speak for themselves, with minimal intervention. They pick early, ferment with native yeasts, and use oak and sulfur judiciously, resulting in low-alcohol wines of grace and finesse.
Brick & Mortar cannot ship to the following 6 states: AR, DE, LA, MS, RI, UT.
