The Wines You’ll Experience
2023 Sauvignon Blanc - The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc has 16% Semillon blended into it, which adds a bit of texture to the wine. Semillon is an extremely important grape in Bordeaux; it is not only commonly blended with Sauvignon Blanc in dry table wines, but it is the grape used in the famed Sauternes. In this wine, the richness and honeysuckle notes that come from the Semillon are the perfect counterpoint to the bright acidity, citrus and guava flavors of the Sauvignon Blanc.
2022 Merlot - The 2022 Merlot has 12% Cabernet Franc and 6% Malbec included, adding a lot of complexity, and comes from three of the winery's estate vineyards. It is texturally thrilling, a fruity blend of plum, black cherry, and blackberry up front, that develops into more subtle notes of earth, black olive, and warm baking spices. While this bottle is very approachable now, don't be afraid to get a couple more and lay them down for a few years to see how it evolves.
