Tasting Notes
Aromatic and inviting, dominated by a medley of dark fruits. Ripe black cherry and plum are prominent, alongside hints of wild blackberry. Underlying notes of violet and a subtle herbaceousness. A slight bitterness on the finish, reminiscent of almond or a hint of cocoa, adds a classic Dolcetto touch and balances the fruit.
