Grimm's Bluff is a family-owned organic vineyard and winery nestled in Santa Ynez Valley. Since 2014, we've championed sustainable farming across our estate, cultivating hand-tended blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc that reflect our roots. From vine to bottle, our winemaking blends traditional techniques with innovation: hand-harvested grapes, whole-cluster pressing, cool fermentation and careful French oak barrel aging to highlight purity and balance.
