Peter Garibaldi's passion for wine started early, with a job in a wine bar during his music studies. Since then, he's worked in some of the most famous restaurants in New York City, both as a sommelier and bartender. With a broad knowledge of wine, spirits, and food, together with a gift for storytelling and education, Peter is dedicated to helping people take enjoying themselves as seriously as he does. As a hospitality professional, he, like any good Italian, believes that great food and wine is a human right.
