Sommsation partnered with renowned BYOB restaurant, At The Table, in West Chester, PA to create an unparalleled epicurean experience.
Sommsation brought VIPs from Greater Philadelphia’s Chester County and Main Line communities together over a decadent wine and food pairing this month. Local business magnates and well-attired guests gathered for Sommsation’s The Art of Pairing in the popular AlignSpace with resounding conversations about wine, food, business and life.
Partnering with renowned BYOB restaurant, At The Table, guests were presented with an unparalleled experience where the collision of independent wines and delightful bites impressed the palates of all who attended.

Throughout the evening, our esteemed Sommeliers guided guests through the epicurean experience. Party-goers were indulged with the stories behind the incredible independent wines, as well as what made each pairing special, providing them with the opportunity to confidently explore and appreciate the nuances of each wine.
Sommsation specializes in curating experiences not to be missed; “This wine event was amazing. The wine was delicious! This is the first time I haven’t had a hangover after drinking wine the night before. So, you know that’s good wine!”, says one party goer.
Another guest enlightened us with an amusing anecdote about his secrets of surviving past wine tasting events. He admitted to pouring wines he didn’t care for into planters around the space, and reassured us that there were “no plants needed” at this event.
